Do you call 811?

Every job. It's the law in Oklahoma and it's also the difference between a trench and a gas leak. It takes two working days and it's the reason Mike can't start tomorrow.

Can you dig in wet ground?

Sometimes, and often you shouldn't. Working saturated clay makes a mess that costs more to fix than waiting cost you.
